01 A different perspective

My path to architecture has shaped the way I work today. Before becoming an architect, I studied visual education and communication and spent several years teaching in Portugal and Macau. I later graduated in Architecture from FAUP and built my professional practice working on residential and hospitality projects. That combination taught me not only how to read buildings, but how to listen, communicate clearly and make complex decisions easier to understand.

02 Why Owner’s Representation

After years working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, I realised that many homeowners were missing something essential: an experienced, independent professional whose priority was their side of the project. Someone able to understand the architecture, question what needs questioning, translate technical complexity and keep sight of the bigger picture. That realisation became the foundation of my work as an Owner’s Representative.

03 On your side

My role is to represent your interests from the first decision to the final inspection. I bring an architect’s eye and an independent perspective to every stage, helping you navigate choices, anticipate problems and ensure that decisions remain aligned with your vision, your investment and your expectations. Architects, contractors and consultants each have their role. Mine is to make sure that, throughout the process, someone is firmly on your side.
